Dragon Haven concludes the journey of the “stunted” dragons to the former Elderling city of Kelsingra. Given the disappointment of The Dragon Keeper will Dragon Haven be an improvement or an even bigger let down?

The Gathering Storm is the 12th main Wheel of Time novel, and the first to be co-authored by Brandon Sanderson following Robert Jordan’s death. While the 12th books was intended to be the final Novel entitled A Memory of Light, it became clear when it was being “finished” by Brandon Sanderson that the volume needed to be split into 3 in order for it have a satisfactory conclusion, and despite Robert Jordans statements that there would only be 1 more novel it was likely he would have had to make the same decision.

The Dragon Keeper is the first of two books in The Rain Wild Chronicles and is set in the same world as The Farseer, Liveship Traders and Tawny Man books and is a sequel of sorts to all of them. The first book follows the start of the journey of the “stunted dragons” from the Rain Wilds up to the Elderling city of Kelsingra, accompanied by assorted humans from Bingtown and the Rain Wilds.
