The Rebuild of Evangelion continues in Evangelion 2.22, with the events of episode’s 7-19 of the series being re-imagined in this time instalment. While Evangelion 1.11 suffered from being slightly stale if you were familiar with the series, it appears that lessons have been learnt with Evangelion 2.22 and made watching it a more satisfying experience.

Evangelion 1.11 provides a fresh take on the events of the first 6 episodes of the TV series, though it may be a little lacking in new material for anyone familiar with the original series.
