We see a mother playing with her twin sons and finding a blue hand note on her car with a web address www.alreadyghosts.com, while Al narrates a message to Celia (the woman).

At Demetri’s Zoe reminds him that he needs to pick up the wedding invitations later on, while he hides the already ghosts website. At Marks there is obvious tension between Mark and Olivia since the events of the previous evening. In a lift at work he and Demetri share complaints about the way things are until Al lightens the mood.

A little later in the morgue they are investigating the bodies found in relation to the blue hand case, and Mark is surprised to learn that one of the bodies is the Rutherford from Al’s Rutherford case. Everyone is then shocked to learn that they all committed suicide.

Elsewhere Aaron is arriving for work and gets a visit from Mike Willingham who claims to have served with Tracey. It turns out that he had made a promise to Tracey to give Aaron a pen knife if anything ever happened to him, we then see a bit of Aarons Flash Forward where he is giving it back to Tracey.

At the FBI, Director Wedeck is going over the case when MI6 agent Fiona Banks walks in. We learn that Demetri has discovered that all the victims did not see anything in their Flash Forward. It turns out that the Blue Hand is a death club, and there is a meeting that night hosted by Dr Maurice Raynaud. Later Al and Fiona discuss the case and their shared Flash Forward, we then learn that Al had killed a woman and was talking to his attorney.

At Demetri’s he is getting ready to leave and is surprised when Zoe is mad at him, as he forgot to go to the printers with her. Zoe then confronts him over his recent behaviour as he has been distancing himself from her. Demetri then storms out without answering Zoe’s complaints.

Al, Demetri and Mark are heading towards the Blue Hand rendezvous and get at each other about their choice of clothes. They manage to get into the meeting place but one of them has to play Russian Roulette to get any further. Al plays and wins, he finds a bullet in it which says Not Today on it. We learn that Reynaux is a false identity which changes at every meeting and Mark finds a Blue Hand match book that he recognises from his board.

Later on Mike speaks with Aaron again and tells him how he saw Tracey die and so his vision is not possible. In the flashback we see them chasing someone and not being able to get reinforcements, and then get ambushed and the Humvee blown up. We see that Tracey has lost a leg and Mike has to run off, but he assumes she was dead when he saw her.

Back at the Blue Hand meeting we see various forms of torture and depraved behaviour occur, before “The Raynaud” appear, he plays Russian Roulette and would have lost except the FBI raid.

At the FBI headquarters Raynaud aka Jeff Slingerland is interrogated about his beliefs. He then taunts the FBI as he finds his “ghosts” on the Mosaic website aiding his cause. Jeff submits to the fixed timeline theory and believes that the future cannot be changed when Al asks what if he is wrong. Al later talks to Fiona and suggests taping the window so the bird from the Flash Forward can’t fly into it.

Later at Demetri’s he finally tells Zoe that he did not have a Flash Forward and that he is going to be dead. Zoe refuses to believe it and says they need to choose hope given their conflicting visions.

At Aarons place of work Mike approaches him tentatively as he is unsure why Aaron wants to see him. Contrary to his expectations Aaron thanks Mike for what he told him and has arranged a job for him at his place of work.

At the FBI Al leaves an envelope for Demetri on his desk and heads off to the roof missing the meeting on the Blue Hand Case. Demetri has got the envelope and sees a post it on a letter to Celia saying there is always a way out. Curious Demetri starts to read the letter. We then see Al’s Flash Forward and learn the death was an accident which Al blames himself for.

Demetri reading the note realises it’s a suicide note and everyone heads to the roof after Al. They reach the roof, and try to talk Al out of jumping, Al is adamant though and says he has found a way to change things and jumps off the roof and dies.

Later we see Aaron return home from work, and get the shock of his life when he finds his dead daughter Tracey alive and well in the dining room
